The
Stella
Scamman Scholarship Fund was
established in 2002 to support women in
their pursuit of Republican ideals in
leadership positions.
The Committee solicits proposals for
applicants.
The requirements are:
- Be a member, in good standing, of the Seacoast Republican Women
- Be interested in increasing their knowledge of the political process of the Republican Party
- Present a proposal for the grant which will include:
- Description of the program applicant is interested in.
- Location of the program.
- Benefits they will receive from participating in the program.
- Cost of the program.
