We believe in making a difference in our community by volunteering, donating, and contributing to various organizations that will help benefit the lives of our fellow citizens. We are always looking for new committee members. If you have an interest in joining our committee or a suggestion to help our scholarship program, please contact any of the individuals listed below.
2011 charitable causes we will be contributing to this year: October - $300 to Susan G. Komen and donated the New Reagan Revolution book by Michael Reagan to Phillips Exeter Academy's library in loving memory of Benton Brubaker. Additionally, $50 donated to Pease Greeters on behalf of Newt Gingrich. September - August - July - June - donated $500 to the Salvation Army Food Bank in Portsmouth May - donated $200 to New Outlook Teen Center in Exeter
April -
donated $310 and supplies to the
NHSPCA in Stratham
December - donated $425 to Seacoast Family Food Pantry; 80 signed Christmas cards to Kelly Ayotte's office to be delivered to wounded soldiers at Bethesda Naval Hospital
2010 Donations: Dec. - donated $100 to Wreaths Across America to place wreaths at NH veterans graves, supplies for deployed troops and 90 personally written cards to wounded warriors at Walter Reed Hospital. Nov. - 50/50 raffle collecting $250.00 for Seacoast Families Promise Oct. - no forum for collections, programs focused on pre-election activities Sept. - donated an American flag and pole to the Portsmouth Public Library (because they didn't have one) Aug - donations to the Portsmouth Food Pantry from the Congressional/Senatorial debate July - unable to collect at the gubernatorial debate venue June - $70 donations for A Safe Place May - no forum for collections as the May event was a tour April - School supplies and $187 for Bridges for Learning Feb & March - $130 for Gift of Warmth |
